Businesses have been allowed to underfund this program for many years and I think it is time to allow workers to sue employers. The WSIB have been allowed to Bully and Ignore the needs of injured workers. They refuse to follow Bill 168 of Ontario and ignore the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in Canada.
