Today I am going to allow you to take care of an infant . Her name is little Leslie , and we want her to break the cycle of mood altering with foods. She needs a nice BREAK FAST ,with water , and then she will need a snack in 2 hours . As well as more water through the entire day.
We are going to build our food relationship with her. This is called Mechanical Eating, no meal skipping for us.

PS This is a journey, and I try to be successful 3 out of 4 meals. In crisis I bite my lips ,cheeks and tongue. I mood alter with food , mechanical eating slows me down. I never tasted my food ,I just inhaled because I never knew whether we would have it tomorrow.
