Stress and eating disorders

I know for me that life events affect my eating habits. Some people use food

to cope with stress, some overeat, some undereat, some binge and purge.

It is a frustrating cycle that is hard to break. I have been up and down most

of my life.

Self esteem and society

People have no idea what their cruel words can do. When you mention it to them they

try to bully you even further, but trying to make it your fault. I have seen kids and adults do it

and it has to stop. I am a peaceful mellow guy but i have been driven to rage and become

someone i hate because of other peoples' words. I had a doctor tell me you can't let other

Wenatchee High School cut a single page out of all 1,100 yearbooks last week after a student on the WaWa yearbook staff used words describing weight instead of names to identify two freshman girls in their club photos.

The Forgotton North

When I look at Northern Health Care and our ability to access specialist, etc, I cant help but to feel, when I compare Health Care to Major centers, that we are Canadas Forgotton...Why because of the expense involved in assisting individuals to specialist in major centers...Lab test, etc..and so many things have to be sent away..effecting timely diagnosies..and other aspects of health care, there are no such opportunities or choices to avail of private health care services...I wonder if the… Continue
