I know for me that life events affect my eating habits. Some people use food

to cope with stress, some overeat, some undereat, some binge and purge.

It is a frustrating cycle that is hard to break. I have been up and down most

of my life.

When i was younger i ate whatever and didn't think about it

and it was good then i thought. As i got older the pounds piled on and i

started feeling tired all the time. Then i lost weight, lost a job, and the weight

loss went on for too long. I struggle with body image issues because people

told me i am too thin. It is a back n forth struggle to find peace within myself.

Their has to be a middle ground kind of peace for myself where

i can be healthy.

Pharming is all doctors seem to do nowadays. The companies dump

free samples at the clinics and the doctors dispense it like it is candy.

I know most doctors careand are trying to help people but medication

doesn't help everyone, and they treat everyone like they have the same brain chemistry.

What might happen if we started treating people  in a manner that supports  acceptance?   More farming and less Pharming.
