Thanks, Paul, for checking in: it means the world to be connected, and also, to know you! :) I am concentrating on nourishing myself. Today I am hopeful, and for that I am grateful. Have a wonderful day, Paul, and to everyone on this site! ....I have made some progress in getting my trigger foods out of the house (and having the courage to not have them readily available.) I believe, in my heart of hearts, that I will get better the more I communicate, the more I connect, the more I love myself. Amen and amen. Sending love to you too, always, your Baltimore friend, Leslie

Paul I see how hard you work on a daily basis to get the word out there. I will do what ever I can. Children are our future.

Thank you for the blog. My sister-in-law is going to help me set up a webpage. I appreciate your help. I did get a response from the person who sets up and monitors Dalton's facebook page. He said he was going to get in touch with those that may help from within the Liberal party. I hope this is true.

Thanks again
Arnold

Hi Paul,
I found this site through Kijiji Thunder Bay. I automatically felt a need to connect with it, I have strong feelings towards obesity and am disgusted by constantly being bombarded with commercials on t.v. that induce cravings for the naughty temptations that can help lead to obesity. Even more so the idea of the Olympics being sponsored by McDonalds, I think it is the absolute wrong idea to show todays children that athletes fuel themselves with greasy delights. I find myself wondering if anyone else has noticed this...I was going to post a discussion about it but couldn't figure out how to post a discaussion. I will deffinitely pass this site on to others.

Thanks Paul! It is now going on three years that I have started raising money for a public playground. I am also working on starting an afterschool program for children to get more exercise, a healthy snack and some tips on making better food choices for their bodies. Wish me luck.

Looks like we share many of the same goals to bring health awareness to the public at large. I have made the walk from morbid obesity without surgery and feel that the journey taught me a lot along the way. I join in the idea, that the way we discuss obesity in this country needs to change. From there let me get to know everyone as Archie can tell you I can stir things up when I jump right in.

Hey Paul I just read in our local paper that our schools renewed thier contract with the Coca-Cola company. They mention it will provide juices and gatorade ect.It is a false sense of security they promote that these things are healthy for you. Some of these juices are worse than soda pop.

I wanted to be a member of this site so much becouse it feels at home here. There are people that understand here how much it hurts to be obese . I have been diagnosed with Compulsive Eating Disorder . I have unhealthy issues with food and I have to learn to be in charge of the food and not the food in control of me . I would not want the worst person in the world to go threw this . Thank you Paul for leting me be a part of this . I am here to support people as well .

This movement needs people to share and explore this complex issue . I invite you to circulate and encourage others to freely add ideas . The model is very close to being fully completed . These videos may assist in identifying possible strategies.

Thanks Paul
